The Musselburgh Festival Races
The Musselburgh Festival Race is an annual event usually held in July, during the Musselburgh Festival. It includes a 10 km race for Seniors, and a shorter race for children.
The Seniors Race starts from Loretto School Playing Fields, before heading round Musselburgh Links and the beautiful Musselburgh Lagoons.
The current 10k race record is 30mins 16secs held by Andrew Douglas of Inverclyde/North Highland Harriers.
Entries are usually processed via Enty Central with the race advertised in the months ahead of it taking place.
